Agreement & Acceptance

By accessing SANCO Technology's website or purchasing our precision dispensing equipment, coating machines, and automation solutions, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Important: If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

SANCO offers industrial automation equipment including:

LM Series Dispensers with ±0.02mm precision
Professional Coating Machines for PCB protection
Can Pumps for fluid transfer systems
Offline Dispensers for flexible production
Custom automation solutions

Orders & Pricing

Quotations valid for 30 days unless stated
Prices subject to change without notice
Orders binding upon written confirmation
Custom equipment requires specification agreement
Prices exclude shipping, taxes, and duties

Payment Terms

30-50% deposit required upon order confirmation
Balance due before shipment
Accepted: T/T, L/C, or as agreed
Currencies: USD, EUR, RMB
Late payments may incur interest charges

Ownership remains with SANCO until full payment received.

Warranty & Support

12-month warranty from delivery date
Covers manufacturing defects and component failures
Excludes misuse and unauthorized modifications
Remote technical support included
Spare parts available post-warranty

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property belongs to SANCO Technology:

Patents, designs, and innovations protected
Software and firmware licensed, not sold
Documentation for customer use only
SANCO trademarks registered
Reverse engineering prohibited
