Overview
Fully automatic sealing dispensing machines are widely used for waterproof sealing applications in the automotive parts industry. Polyurethane A and B materials are loaded into separate A/B tanks, where the system automatically mixes and stirs them. After setting the dispensing path on the control panel, the workpieces are arranged in an orderly manner on the worktable. The dispensing head then applies the sealing adhesive directly onto the parts.
After a period of curing, the adhesive foams to form a continuous sealing bead that provides effective waterproof and dustproof protection.
Intelligent Path Generation
The sealing dispensing machine supports both two-dimensional and three-dimensional dispensing. For simple shapes, the required dimensions can be entered into the intelligent control system, which automatically generates the dispensing path. For complex three-dimensional trajectories, dispensing programs can be imported via USB or created using the teaching function, ensuring high accuracy and flexibility.
Complex Shape Handling
Automotive parts are manufactured from a variety of materials. Some parts are made of plastic, while others are made of metal and feature irregular shapes with multiple bends and corners. Even in these complex structures, the sealing beads at each turning point remain smooth and continuous, all formed in a single dispensing operation, ensuring reliable sealing performance.
