The Vertical Buffer Conveyor is designed for temporary PCB buffering and flow balancing in automated production lines. It enables efficient accumulation and release of circuit boards, helping stabilize line rhythm and prevent bottlenecks between processes.
Equipped with a PLC control system and a 7-inch color touch screen, the system provides intuitive operation and real-time status monitoring. It supports both first-in-first-out (FIFO) and last-in-first-out (LIFO) operating modes, allowing flexible production management.
The servo motor lifting system ensures fast, stable, and precise vertical positioning. With multiple buffer pitches for temporary storage and a standard SMEMA communication interface, the Vertical Buffer Conveyor integrates seamlessly with upstream and downstream equipment.
