Product Description
The NG / OK Conveyor is designed to automatically sort PCBs into NG and OK lines during production, improving inspection efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
The system adopts Mitsubishi PLC control combined with a 7-inch human-machine touch screen, providing intuitive operation and stable performance. The lifting mechanism uses a ball screw structure driven by an Inovance 750W servo motor, ensuring smooth, flexible, and precise vertical movement.
Equipped with automatic track width adjustment, multiple alarm functions, and standard SMEMA communication interface, the NG / OK Conveyor integrates seamlessly with upstream and downstream equipment, making it ideal for modern automated production lines.
